MISSION

The focus of the restaurant goes in two directions; one serving local, sustainably harvested Maine ingredients. Mainly this applies to seafood, but whenever possible we also support the agricultural side of Maine as well.  And Secondly service; to make everyone have a true Maine experience while visiting us from enjoying delicious Maine clam and lobster to our way of hospitality.  The passion for what we do shows through creating a memorable dining experience.
